Details
Pros
Good Compensation and benefits. Somewhat warm environment not as they pretend.!
Cons
You are on your own will not get help, there will be no procedure to follow, you will be asked to come up with your own ideas to complete tasks. Will get judged on what you do wrong and won't get the credit for things you do right.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep Management to those who live in NC or at least lived for 5 years prior to getting the management position so they know how we treat each othe the North Carolina way.
