I worked at Engel & Völkers full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good Euro brand in real estate franchising to the luxury niche.
Cons – Don't have a clue how to operate and sell successfully intp the USA real estate brokerage market.
Advice to Senior Management – Nickeling and diming for every, and in some cases redundant, tool and process will not work in the sophisticated US real estate brokerage market. Kill the magazine, stop the redundant listing syndication that benefits only your corporate site, and hire American experienced leadership in all departments.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
