I have been working at Engineering Technology Associates

    Pros

Professional HR, good benefits if you are on salary grade. Good client base. Have their own CAE products.

    Cons

Paid lower than market rate since its an agency partner, no incentives like bonuses etc for employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should give salary hikes to employees to keep them motivated else they'll move to different avenues. Think long term.

    A Decent Consulting/Contract Agency

I worked at Engineering Technology Associates full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I worked on the contact side, the HR was really professional. I feel that I was treated fairly, while I understood that the compensation could not be very high as they are an agency. Each year they find ways to counter the rising benefit costs.

They also have their own products (CAE software), and support.

    Cons

The business is tied to the automitive industry too closely. When economy is not so good, everybody hurts. But as a consulting firm primarily in the automotive field, it is probably harder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develope and strengthen the products/technology, and diversify.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
