    Pros

    Very courteous and care for employees. Their benefits are better than every other staffing company

    Cons

    I do not have any such experience. I heard that they process visa papers slowly.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it going. Give more importance on visa processing as quick as possible

    nothing. cheaters. blood suckers. no marketing for any employee.

    Cons

    they said they are banking my salary to use if incase of abrupt end of project. but, when i resigned to ETA, they simply kept my salary amounted to 5000$. they never helped me in marketing my resume. cheaters.

    Pros

    Professional HR, good benefits if you are on salary grade. Good client base. Have their own CAE products.

    Cons

    Paid lower than market rate since its an agency partner, no incentives like bonuses etc for employees

    Advice to Management

    Should give salary hikes to employees to keep them motivated else they'll move to different avenues. Think long term.
