A solid company with a culture that includes employee appreciation, fair pay (mostly) and a great staff.

    Pros

The people there are friendly and work hard. There is good communication between most departments and they strive to make it an effective and efficient workplace.

    Cons

Because they are a smaller company, the benefits are not very good.

    Pros

Usually a very busy atmosphere and not lacking for billing their time. Benefits are decent and the office staff is usually pleasant to deal with. Great atmosphere to advance alcoholism and the occasional mumbley peg marathon.

    Cons

Often the management is elusive and difficult to decipher what they want or how they want something done. Training is often unorganized and there is an attitude of trickle-down stress that will manifest itself in the subordinate staff. The home office is usually unaware of the goings-on in the branch offices which adds to the mystique of the stress. Quite probable to be called in to defend actions you had no idea were objectionable. Otherwise, a good stepping stone in a somewhat uneventful career path.

    Pros

Pleasant working hours and nice office in a good location

    Cons

The company does not hire enough people to cover the work load. Everyone behaves as if they are stressed out all the time. There is also very little room for advancement. The work itself if very limiting and repetitive.
