    Pros

    Great company in which you have the possibility to keep in Contact with people from all Over the world.
    Great attention to benefits employes' welfare. Good collegues.

    Cons

    Low attention to young employes growth.
    Salaries are hight for expats, but for on site employes are not comparable with the market. ( except for managers).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    HR department should give more attention to employes' needs and Request . Just asking them about Their career's needs would be enought!

    Pros

    Professionalism of employees and lower management levels

    Cons

    Zero meritocracy, micromanagement, crafty management, groups of power lobbying relentlessly for everything (especially careers), higher level managers as unfit as arrogant, systematic destruction of value, talent and loyalty to the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Resign. The sooner the better.

    Pros

    Interesting and challenging project to work.
    Good possibility for traing and developing technical skills at the beginning of your career. Nice co-workers.

    Cons

    Impossible to make a career. Every year the salary scheme and the career impovement get worse. Senior Managment is terrible.

    Pros

    - possibility to work all around the world
    - good colleagues
    - many courses for employees
    - terrific cafeteria
    - short working day

    Cons

    - nothing to do
    - many offices are just elephant's cemeteries; you just hope to end un in the right office at the right moment
    - mobility among offices is just impossible
    - flat salary as you approach 2k€ a month
    - non existent HR although they have many tools to evaluate you (psicologists writing your own profile and so on)
