Pros
This company has a culture that is amazing. They are a very hard working hard playing group and when it comes time to get the job done they deliver. The current CEO is an amazing guy and has the vision to take the company to it's rightful place in the industry. At the top.
Cons
The turnover of employees there causes them to reinitiate plans that were in place that took years to accomplish. When this happens they pretty much start all over again.
Advice to Senior Management
Get advice from the employees before implementing new features.

Pros
There are a lot of really smart people with interesting experiences. Great management.
Cons
The logistics industry is pretty arcane. You deal with outdated technologies on a daily basis.
