Pros

The office is kept in fantastic condition and staff are given a broad range of facilities; there is a gym within the building and an excellent shuttle bus to the station/town centre.

Cons

A fairly gossipy atmosphere; long working hours seem to have meant that employees do not have much of a work life balance, and as such will broadcast gossip round the office extremely quickly.

Advice to Senior Management

Encourage staff to leave the office at lunchtime! As it is not really walking distance from the town centre people tend to stay there all day, and I feel the atmosphere could be greatly improved if people took more of a break now and again.
