    Just decent

Engineer (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsMainly nice people in the management. Easy and they are decent. If you are one that work in their industry they will work with you as well.

ConsThere is nothing fancy there. the salary is bare minimum. The benefits are non existing. There is no bonus.
There is no professional relationship. They don't know how a professional relationship is built.
There is no progress. If you do your job so good, or you just be a mediocre employee, there is no difference. No progress allowed.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more professional.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Temp work with

Contract (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsI was hired on a contract basis that promised full-time work for several months

    -The pay was decent
    -Work was manageable
-Much of the work could be performed at home
    -Company itself seemed fine

Cons-The work was at no point full-time and instead of job termination they simply stopped responding to emails and ceased communication.
-The people in charge of the project were very vague as to why work was not fully available.
-Immediate supervisors were inconsistent in communication, requirements, and training and lacked competency
-Basic lack of professionalism in communication
-Essentially there were weeks of semi-consistent work and then weeks of almost 0 work without any warning or communication and a lot of 'sit and wait'

Advice to Senior Management-More professionalism needed in interacting with employees
-Be clear and forthcoming about the type of work being performed.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
