Pros – It is a good place to work in with great benefits of carrier advancement with satisfying support from the management.

Cons – Their is no conveyance vehicle from the company all the expenses have to beer by the employee himself. No extra salary for overtime.

Advice to Senior Management – It is overall a good place to work in when we compare it with others company but you should look after the benefits of employee's by providing them sufficient salary for overtime, a proper conveyance etc.
