I have been working at Enterprise Financial Services

    Pros

Here we work WITH our senior management team, rather than working FOR them. While we cannot be included in big picture decisions, we are asked for input when an appropriate time comes about, before it is too late.

    Cons

This is a smaller company, and the opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited; especially if you don't want to be a bank president.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing town hall meetings and being open and honest with employees about the future.

I have been working at Enterprise Financial Services

    Pros

It is very difficult to find any Pros at this company, but I will try. Benefits are adequate but not the best in the industry. A wellness plan has recently been established so they've caught up to the current decade at least. They do focus on upgrading systems and software and strive to stay current. Training and communication are lacking.

    Cons

This company is run by men who still have the "good old boy" attitude. Women have their place and it's certainly not here. Enterprise Bank is a male dominated culture and there is no getting around the gender bias. It's accepted and those who do recognize it, look the other way for fear of their own jobs. They continue their attack against women and claim to be "diversity focused" but don't believe it. They most definitely do not "practice what they preach". Steer clear of this place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good hard look at your key managers in all regions and be smart enough to see through their selfish motives. And if you can sleep at night after treating female employees the way you do (why are the local labor attorneys SO familiar with this company?), then you really are as awful as you are perceived to be.
