Former Employee – worked at Enterprise Holdings full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – You will learn a lot of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and Service Calls and how to get leads and have them closed. A good place to start your career.
Cons – The hours are long. You have alot of work to do and if you don't have a good staff then the job get more difficult as you want top performers on your team to get you to the next level. If you don't have that then its prett tough to move up the chain.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide employees with opportunites to move within the company.

Pros – Lots of opportunity for advancement and professional growth. You will be recruited by other companies who recognize the all around business experience you have gained at Enterprise.
Cons – Long hours and lots of hardwork is required to advance. Very competitive sales environment with no room to slack off. Work life balance is a challenge to begin, but is very flexible if you continue to advance.
