    Pros

    The company is well managed with a flat organization structure. It provides great opportunity for experienced hires.

    Cons

    I can not think of any downsides.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Allow flex work schedules to better accommodate individual's job requirements and personal needs. And to help reduce employees commuting costs.
