    Pros

Great resume builder. Good experience in running a business. Clearly defined business structure. Solid foundation values based on ethic and personal integrity.

    Cons

Little to no work-life balance. Would be good pay if based on a 40 hour work week. Promotions based on numbers, not individual competency. Very political in terms of interviewing structure and promotional opportunities.

    Advice to Management

More commission based bonuses in addition to base pay. Either increase pay for 49+ hour work week or keep pay and reduce weekly hours to 40.

    Pros

You will always have over time and as long as you keep your numbers up you will always have a job. Not bad Benefits United Health Care and 401K they match at 3%, gift card program to help you buy clothes.

    Cons

This company will make it look like you are making really good money, but once you look at it and see that working 50+ hours a week you have no life you will find out that you can make much more money at a job that is 40 hours a week at about $3 more an hour... Plus you can have a life. The advancement that you work so hard to get to will just be dangled in front of you because they don't want to promote they just want to have you make money for them.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the way it use to be, before it was all about numbers. Make it fun again, when you could make ETE and not have to worry about what body shop is going to mess it up for you this month. Talk to your employees like they are people and care what they have to say don't just act like it. Make sure that when you make a promise that you keep your end of the deal.

    Pros

The job is a good one to get straight out of college. It teaches you how to work, and will give you a good intro into business. The pay is not horrible, especially right after graduation.

    Cons

You will not have any work-life balance while at this job. When I started I was at least guaranteed that I would have sundays off (except a 3-4 month stint at the airport), but a while ago they started opening up almost all local branches seven days a week which is even worse for you personal life if you managed to have one up until that point. I typically work around 52-56 hours per week not including lunches. You do get overtime pay but I would rather have some sleep or be able to see my family a couple times a month. Hopefully you can drink the Kool-aid, I cant handle it.

    Advice to Management

We need a better work-life balance, and better pay for the work that we do.

    Pros

They work well with you while you are in school or coming right out of collage. Great benefits including 401K, paid sick days and vacation.

    Cons

Most of the customer care is work from home which is great for some, but not for all including myself.

    Advice to Management

Out of school they have a great management trainee program, also if you do not have a collage degree they also let you move up from within the company to get to these career paths that most people wouldn't be able to achieve without a degree.
