Once you experience your first rainy day at work and your favorite suit is ruined from checking cars in/out in the rain, you start to wonder why you worked so hard in college. If anything, the job builds character! And once you get a better paying 9-5 job in the future, you appreciate it that much more!!
Advice to Senior Management – Find different ways of strengthening your employees in the workplace, other than just threatening their jobs if they don't perform better. Show more appreciation for your Assistant Managers, because 9 times out of 10, they're the ones that are actually running your branches!
