    I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

    Pros

    - You get a salary for cleaning cars, Learning how to rent a car, and how to over charge a customer when you can.
    - If you need a job from college, Enterprise is always Hiring.
    - Its a 3 to 5 year process to have a potential to make good money but just know that its not always true.

    Cons

    - Your salary is based on a 50 hour work week. So if you calculated what you'll be earning in 40, it would be less.
    - A farm system that you'll always would have to have people like you or your career advancement will stop.
    - If your smarter then average, you could get a better job elsewhere.

I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Very good pay once you get to branch manager. Company rewards top performers. They take them to luncheons, and other activities. They have minority events as well. They only hire within pretty much so you know that your managers went through your same struggles. Great to work as a young person.

    Cons

Very long hours. Managers work over 70 hours a week. Customers can be very difficult and usually dont have much respect for you since despite that Enterprise requires you to have a degree. Only very few get rewarded, you have to be very competitive every day. They seem to care only about your numbers. Pay is also quite low in my opinion considering the stress, washing cars and requiring a 4 year degree.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your trainees more and employee turnover will be lower. Your system can use some updating.

    Pros

Great atmosphere and chance of promotion.

    Cons

VERY VERY long hours, depends on your team and location which determines the amount of success you can have. Pay is not as great as advertised

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more and eliminate the politics within the company.
