Pros – Great company to work with, you get an opportunity to deal with all types of people and gain good customer service skills.

Cons – Unless in Management Trainee program you don't get opportunity to work 40 hours and achieve benefits

Advice to Senior Management – Allow customer service agents opportunity to go into management trainee program, good for retention

Pros – Fantastic training
Great management teams
RESPECT!
Easy job that teaches you people skills
Driving the newest models of popular cars (i.e. Mustangs, Camaros, Suburbans, Corollas, etc)
Completely flexible with scheduling.

Cons – You will have the occasional unreasonable customer.
Can only work a MAXIMUM of 25 hours a week.
Some shifts can be very long (7:30AM-6:00PM)

Pros – Excellent training program. Superb benefits. Promoting from within and interviewing for every postion truly prepares you for the coportate world in this company's structure or elsewhere if you decide this is not for you. If you decide to move on to other business related postitions, just know that companies go bananas over having Enterprise Rent-A-Car on your resume. That being said I am currently in Medical Sales and in my last two companies former Enterprise personnel were always the most accomplished employees.

Cons – Traditionally long hours. I ruined many a business atire washing cars in 100 degree heat in South Florida.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep motivating people, and continue the core values that makes this company great as well as producing some of the best leaders in the business world.

Pros – Great training, people focused company. Rewards and progression are second to none.
Fast Pace hands-on environment. This is not a behind the desk type of job. It is ideally suited to people who want to learn how to run a business and have the drive to desire to want to move up the career ladder. Promotion is 100% from within.

Cons – Not right for everyone but if you are willing to roll your sleeves up and work hard the long term payoff is fantastic.

Advice to Senior Management – More company events. Bring back the holiday party.

Pros – Promoted from within with unlimited career growth potential, fast paced environment never sitting at a desk, fun coworkers, privately owned, profit sharing, social outtings

Cons – Upset customers feeling entitled and wanting everything for free, coming out of college not use to working 49 hours (but the day goes really fast), sore feet sometimes from being on them all day

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the fun atmosphere and reward employees everyday for their performance.

Pros – - promotions within the company based on your performance not on seniority
- perfect for someone out of college with basic business skills- Enterprise will make you a superstar
- fun environment to work (co-workers, managers, and customers)

Cons – - first year (8 - 12 months) is hard. Long hours and a lot of work, but after you get promoted it is all well paid off.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep motivating your employees with happy hours and other insentives. It is hard work and we believe in the company!

Pros – Enterprise not only allows employees to grow and develop at an accelerated pace but also demonstrate strong customer service ability. By forcing employees to provide excellent service and post solid scores all around in order to be eligible for promotion.

Cons – While Enterprise does provide a strong opportunity for career development and growth the long hours and sometimes biased views of upper management can affect the overall outlook the company provides.

Advice to Senior Management – sometimes numbers aren't always a true sample of a persons qualifications. An employee with a positive mindset and drive may be a better option than a great salesperson who is only looking for a short term job.

Cons – Career advancement pays off at Branch Manager, Area Manager and above. Must be willing to commit to a career to see long term benefits.

Advice to Senior Management – Promotions based on performance, leadership and knowledge. Outside factors can adversely affect territories performance. Have more corporate funds to compete against competition.
