Pros – Tough management but they helped me learn. Met nice coworkers. Your next job offer will be much better than this and you will be happier.
Cons – Terrible first year. They seem to make sure it will be a rough one. Benefits are horrible no matter how long you worked there.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer better benefits. Stop advertising that you hire from the bottom half of the college grads
