    Pros

This use to be a great place to work, fun fast paced environment, great supportive staff.

    Cons

There is no vision. Great people were laid off in March 2013, brought back in April 2013, only to be laid off again December 2014.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your experienced reps, give it up, the titanic is sinking fast, because you did not listen.

    Pros

Fun place to work. The compensation and benefits were decent considering you only had to work part time hours to hit your quota. Plenty of leisure time. Managers cared for their reps.

    Cons

No company parties or meetings. You never knew if you had a job from one month to the next. The job description changed like the wind. Everyone was terminated through email. We were told to check our email account to see if we were terminated or still had a job with the company.

    Advice to Management

    Give it up...It's over!
