    Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere, great people, flexible schedules.

    Cons

Entropic seems to not have what it takes to run a proper business. We keep loosing money so they keep cutting people. Austin site closing down so I am out of a job with out even a blink and no severance after 8+ years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to listen to the people actual people doing the work instead of just telling us how it is going to be. We have better ideas on how to fix the issues at a lower level then you do.
