    I have been working at Entrust Bankcard

    Pros

    -Good compensation

    -Apple equipment and fancy business cards

    -Preset appointments.

    -The use of salesforce.com for building your pipeline.

    -Great technical support and onsite training

    Cons

    -Constantly working by yourself, no co-workers for facial interation.

    -Questionable sales pitch, the company is actually a front for another company.

    -If you live in an area where you know a lot of the people, think twice about working here. The sales pitch is a hit it and quit it and there is no relationship building after the contract is signed.

    -Lack of coaching and morale boosting

    -Most of the time, you won't be able to save merchant any money. Your day to day job would be stealing people's businesses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sales Management could have more communication with account managers as to what their goals are and offer more emotional support.

    Pros

    Employees are great hard working people.

    Cons

    All departments are micro-managed.
    Constant process changes.
    Awful communication between upper management and staff.
    Individual thought and ideas are highly discouraged by CEO.
    Staff is not of the highest calibre.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate better with staff.
    Offer competitive compensation packages to all employees, not just sales staff.
    Listen to your employees.
    Define professional growth paths for employees outside of Sales departments.
