Pros
Flexible work hours, decent pay levels, slightly better than industry standard benefits.
Cons
Routine work, not much in the way of personal challenges. Too much bureaucracy in the workplace.

good technology niche. but lately all initiatives have bombed

Pros
The best reason for working at Entrust is to gain experience in the security field and then jump ship to another employer
Cons
No training, no real career path planning, feeling of being part of a dying company, money is being saved on employees

Focus more on employees
