    Great work environment and exciting business

    ProsHours were decent and the work kept you always on the move which makes time fly.

    ConsDealing with the various chemicals day in and day out. Very hot in summer and very cold in winter.

    ConsOver sensitive office people, two faced supervisor. Unbalanced work home life. If you have a family don't work here because they don't care about their employees.

    "Great starting point for environmental professionals."

    ProsPeople are all very friendly with great attitudes. Many of have a wide range of knowledge and experience in this field.
    Benefits are good; 401K match, health, dental etc, with the exception of vacation days and holidays being less than the standard.
    Company has a lot of growth potential as more companies and people look to be more environmentally friendly.
    Good training opportunities internally.

    ConsSome lacking in professionalism among branches and individuals.
    Ambitious professionals may find few opportunities to move up as the company is not very top heavy in management.
    Fewer vacation and holiday leave than normal.

    Advice to Senior ManagementConsider more time off available for employees. Find opportunities for growth internally for employees as they gain more knowledge and work experience. Place emphasis on developing the younger professionals in the company.
