Current Employee – been working at Envision Telephony
Pros – The pay is competitive and you can actually make good money if you meet high goals
Laid back office with fun coworkers who know how to keep things from getting too serious... they give a lot of holidays off and you get a good work home balance. Working downtown is always fun.
Cons – No real opportunity to learn new things, where you come in you stay
Turnover is a problem and bad hires create a low moral that like many companies spread quickly.
Working downtown is a pain especially when parking in your building is $28 per day, get used to riding the bus.
Advice to Senior Management – Get a better HR department

Cons – Lack of goals and mission. Poot communication. Lack of planning
