What is great at Epana Network is their people!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsGood location, great people, the best thing company has is their human resources. Some are very hard worker employees and colleagues.

ConsThe promotions are not given based on achievements or performance. Needs more organization and control. Salaries are not well distributed.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove communication at all levels. Motivate your employees. Listen to all your employees. Apply better organizational and controlling practices at the whole company.

ProsIt used to be a nice place that got ruined by upper management. Since they rarely lasted more than 6 months, as long as you kept your head down you could do nothing and by the time the boss notice, they were gone. Wash rinse repeat as management cycles through the door.

ConsToo many changes at the top, each with their own 'plan' for the compnay resulted in nothing ever getting finished or done right.

Advice to Senior ManagementPick someone to be in charge and let them run the show for longer than 6 months.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Small company, for this reason there are limitations on what they can offer...

Network Operations (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsGood location with great views, good people, not so good mid level management. But have very sharp engineers, DBA's and tech's...

ConsThis is a small company that deals with (Telecomm & Money transfer) but was recently acquired by a larger Mexican organization. They still believe in calling cards... really!?

Advice to Senior ManagementMaking Sure Your Employees Succeed don't just say you want them to... sit down with them and make sure they are doing what is necessary for this to happen.. its common knowledge that helping employees set and reach goals is a critical part for their success. Don't be afraid of loosing your job over this...
