Pros – Good location, great people, the best thing company has is their human resources. Some are very hard worker employees and colleagues.
Cons – The promotions are not given based on achievements or performance. Needs more organization and control. Salaries are not well distributed.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication at all levels. Motivate your employees. Listen to all your employees. Apply better organizational and controlling practices at the whole company.
Pros – It used to be a nice place that got ruined by upper management. Since they rarely lasted more than 6 months, as long as you kept your head down you could do nothing and by the time the boss notice, they were gone. Wash rinse repeat as management cycles through the door.
Cons – Too many changes at the top, each with their own 'plan' for the compnay resulted in nothing ever getting finished or done right.
Advice to Senior Management – Pick someone to be in charge and let them run the show for longer than 6 months.

Cons – This is a small company that deals with (Telecomm & Money transfer) but was recently acquired by a larger Mexican organization. They still believe in calling cards... really!?
