Pros
Positive culture since Kennedy took the reins.
Flexibility is great compared to other DM shops.
Lots of smart coworkers.Cons
It's not a job; it's a lifestyle - the "whatever it takes" commitment is a deal-killer for some.
Integration of companies acquired over the past several years was not handled so well; felt like employees were left to figure out the operational/political challenges on their own.
A bit silo'd - makes delivery for clients difficult. Sales teams are out of control.Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the great work, but do more to accomodate your hard-working staff!
