Current Employee – been working at Epsilon full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great people
Team centric work environment
Career growth
Company revenue is great
Solid and growing client base
Cons – It's definitely not for the weak of heart. Epsilon is a fast moving, client driven environment. We do what it takes to get the job done, and done well. No two days are the same, and if you don't know how to be resourceful and show initiative then you could get left behind. If you're invigorated by a fast pace then you'll be very happy and grow in your career.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to listen and act on employee feedback on the company culture, and what motivates people.

If you are average or below average then you most likely won't last long.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the flow of new accounts coming.

Current Employee – been working at Epsilon full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Career growth & advancement opportunities are everywhere
Very fast paced dynamic environment
Ability to influence technology decisions at the project and enterprise levels
Ability to work on products, client projects, or corporate projects
Cons – Must manage work-life balance because of company growth. There is always more project work to do, so you must manage your time.
Company growth rate and reorganizations cause some confusion. Finding the right person(s) to talk to across business units and locations can be tricky.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase amount of time employees have for self directed innovation and improvement work. Some groups are having early success with a formal version of this; roll it out to the entire organization.
