Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Epson would be the Atmosphere and help every employee provides when needed.
Cons
A big problem I had was the way they had approched concerns they had. They did not come up to you in private and pull you aside to discuss their issues. Epson has outsourced the call centre and failed to put in the effort to train it's new employees.
Advice to Senior Management
I would suggest to condribute if needed help on the phones. It seems like every manager does not pull their own weight if the call centre needed it.
