    Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and prove yourself. Client exposure is nice, along with working from home. Not as much travel as other consulting companies

    Cons

The management is full of themselves. With the recent acquisitions they are drowning in debt, and the bonuses show it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote from within, and weed out some of the legacy talent. Stop following the competition and and come up with new products
