    Pros

hard working company, with a team that cares and works strong as a team to make things happen. Bob and Eric observe and push in right directions.

    Cons

Not a company that offers growth into management, but certainly a company that you can make money.
Isn't that what sales is about...money who cares about title.....this is the place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I thought management was fine....they let the sales people drive the business....they listened and made changes when needed....once again fair business men...nice guys...never to be forgotten

    Pros

If your looking for a place to work that isn't just a job, but a career, look no further! This is the perfect place to thrive as a full desk recruiter while upping your game exponentially.

CEO, Eric Silverman leads the charge with his own brand of selfless mentorship and constructive management in a fun, relaxed, family environment.

    Cons

Between office $$$ contests, paid lunch and learns, and company outings (Panthers games, concerts, spa visits), it's sometimes hard to find enough time in the day to get everything done that needs to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what your doing! Mentorship, training, constructive criticism, its all value added.

Blue Horizon Tek Solutions, A Place to Learn and Grow Personally and Professionally. A penalty free environment where

    Pros

The culture of the company comes from the top at the CEO lever. Blue Horizon is a very comfortable, friendly, open and nurturing environment where collaboration is strongly encouraged and virtually required. This environment is completely one which rewards those for results including an aggressive compensation plan, continuing education, seminars, contests, trips, and most important full work life balance. As a newbie to the business I was under the direction of the company's CEO who in addition to running a desk himself paid very close attention to my training and growth. I can honestly say he is the reason for my success today. The CEO is a person whose philosophy is NO question is a stupid question. The only dumb thing you can do at the firm is NOT ask at all.

Note: Due to personal circumstances I recently left the firm to relocate out of state.

    Cons

You should be ready to work hard and smart from the get go

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe the company would grow much faster if the CEO were responsible for recruiting, training, nurturing and mentoring staff FULL TIME while maintaining already existing long term relationships with clients

    Pros

If you are reading this please do not take my word for it....go DIRECTLY to linkedin and message those who are currently employed by Blue Horizon Tek Solutions formerly Known as Eric Robert associates and ask them for their honest opinion about Eric (Rick) Silverman.....

    Cons

Fickle and dishonest CEO who competes with his recruiters on the jobs that they work. No clear organizational chart and or company structure....to be more specific the CEO...Eric (Rick) serves as President, CEO, recruiting manager, sales manager...he is spread way too thin and those that work under him suffer for it. He never remembers what he says or promises his employees and then gets upset when confronted by those who ask for what they are promised.....like a 401K and paid time off

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decide if you want your recruiters to run a full or half desk so you can establish some clear goals and objectives and stop switching up how you operate every other week. After 20 plus years in business you should NOT still be trying to figure things out. Hire someone to manage your recruiters because Eric does not give his employees the time they deserve when they need him to help close deals....Eric wants you to do 100% of the work and just kick back and receive the fee.....He should be more focused on helping his employees close deals.
