Sometimes things moved a bit too slow. New assignments came at a crawl and the work became repetitive. However, it was good to be amongst great people.

Great co-workers who were very supportive.

Incompetent management. Owner hired upper level management based on who he liked and not who was competent.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire the right people for the job and compensate them accordingly. Hopefully the new management will lead the company to success and will recognize the employees that really contribute to the success of the company,

favoritism, have annual satisfaction surveys but very serious concerns were raised but not addressed for years, very good and effective employees left because the issues were not addressed

Top notch medical care, many ammenties, and services for the senior population. Overall, a happy and rewarding place to work for employees.

The company has been through many changes lately, being recently bought out. With new owners, it seems to be a brighter day for all...however, working out the "kinks" can be quite a headache for the staff.
Advice to Senior Management
Too many ideas and new ways of doing things fired at employees too often. Change after change after change.
One of the best things that Erickson had to offer was the great benefits. Now that the company is financially stable again....let's get those benefits back.

Great residents, good shift lengths, quality job, the management is very flexible with hours and days you work, allows students who go off to college a chance to work during breaks

Not much advancement opportunities in wait staff jobs. Wait staff only get about .25 or less raise per year, no other raises

If you do not agree with upper management they do not want to hear it. Those who succeed agree and don't ask any questions.

well, the residents are very nice, and the employee benefits are great. they have a wide variety of job departments.

the pay for dining services are ridiculously low. alot of managers have horrible communication skils. and there was just too much drama in the work place.

i recomend communicating better with your employees. stop trying to bs your employees. your employees are not slaves, so please do not treat them as such.
