Pay, slow advancement
Insular top management.
Too much focus on losing technologies.
not enough innovation in core technologies.
Buying innovation is not a good idea.Advice to Senior Management
Walk the talk, Diverisfy customer base, AT&T has got you by the b*lls now.
Stop the bleeding on loosing projects and concentrate on core strengths.
