    Pros

    deliver and packing, real cost and budget analysis with excel. It has a good working place and atmosphere and nice colleges.

    Cons

    The compensation is different from under graduate and graduate student. Under graduate will be 120 chinese yuan/day and 160 chinese yuan/day for graduate student.

    1. The NO.1 in the industry. Always leads in the market for the new technology.
    2. Work and life are balanced. People are respected. There is no office political.
    3. Always can learn the leading technology.

    Cons

    The telecom industry has a crazy competition, it is hard to maintain high profit. So the salary will not be comparable to the new internet company.

    We cannot compete with Huawei in the open technology. We must invest the new and leading technology that other telecom providers will hard to copy.
