Pros
interesting experience, with multiple projects and multiple clients
Cons
too much work, few creativity on long term
Advice to Senior Management
none
Pros
Real responsibilities, the material working conditions are good... the wage which is earned each month! i can't add nothing else good !
Cons
weird working relations, individualist approach even in team work .. so the delivery is not really good ! no education and politeness principles..
Advice to Senior Management
management by guilt. In order that employees work ever more without asking anything. no recognition.. in a word, the management need to be changed
Pros
Nice experience, good people and excellent professionals
Cons
Frozen salaries during last year
Advice to Senior Management
Cary more about people
Pros
I really respect the partner team in London and the business they have built. Promotions are not as fast as they could be, but they are fair and people who get promoted deserve it. Interesting projects and a commitment to developing their people, with lots of support for high-performers.
Cons
Low performers definately do not succeed here -- they are either managed out or ignored / not staffed on jobs until they leave. Promotions are slow-coming and the organisation is top-heavy.
Advice to Senior Management
I think management are doing a reasonably-good job. Keep doing what you're doing! Making "Europe" happen in a real way would be a big success -- right now, it's more of a concept in name rather than in spirit.
Pros
Career advancement, ability to work in stressfull environments, ability to work fast.
Cons
Lots of stress, not enough ti,me for eanything to be done in a satisfactory manner.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should be more involved with the staff.
