Ernst & Young Global Reviews

Pros
Excellent mentorship/counseling program, good feedback system, I always felt like my manager was looking out for my best interests. Definitely a place where you can chart your own growth and make requests which will be taken seriously.
Cons
Wasn't terribly fond of co-workers - many were nerdy, not as intelligent as I would expect in high ranking positions, or some were rude. Work life balance is often an issue.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue ensuring you hire the best and brightest - this is what the E&Y reputation consists of, but in some areas, I'm not sure it is true.
