Cons
National organization - your next project could be anywhere
Network, network, network - don't expect it to be handed to you on a silver platter
It still is a big four - don't expect to seen as an equal by the audit side of the firm
Pros

I do not feel there are any significant cons.
Advice to Senior Management
I do not feel there is any significant advices to be given. The management is doing very well.
Pros
Once you prove yourself, you do get challenging work. Promotions and opportunities outside the firm are plentiful- get recruiter calls nearly every week. Pay is adequate for work level.
Cons
Too often time put in matters more than quality. No real performance compensation to speak of. You have to take your career in your own hands, while this may sound good, it does it make it more difficult to move between projects, service lines, etc... which is supposed to be one of the appealing items of working in an accounting firm.
Pros
Its all about the people
Fair evaluations
Understanding Senior Management
Great client projects
Opportunity to grow
Training modules among other training aids
Cons
Starting compensation package on the lower side
Work can become a priority in life at times
There are no other cons!
