    I have been working at Esade Business School

    Pros

    It is a challenging role, rewarding since I am surrounded by students with a lot of energy. I have fun at work as well and I very much like my colleagues.

    Cons

    It can sometimes be stressful. I am teaching 1st year students, therefore they tend to panic when something goes wrong. This can turn into chaos when it comes to a general feeling.

    Pros

    relaxed, slow pace of work , not very ambitions, no pressure, lots of holidays, good medical insurance, possibility of flexible working hours

    Cons

    office politics, lack of any strategic vision, narrow minded place, closed community, lower level of intelligence with regional interest ,

    why bother word do not matter to anybody there but if they do it is time to take side and decide what they are standing for
