    Pros

I don't see any pros for a true professional at this time unless senior management makes some radical changes.

    Cons

lack of trust for anyone who is not Portuguese and as such, your ability to make a (much needed)change for the better is severely limited. Not a give and take environment. Not an environment that nurtures talent.

    Advice to Management

Coud be a great institution but you need stronger leaders / top management from outside Lisbon if you want to survive and you need to start taking decisions based on what's best for the company rather than what's best for promoting each individuals personal agenda for power and control.

  2. Frustrating, not allowing employees to advance within corporate ladder

    Advice to Management
