I worked at Esplanade as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Projects commissioned are of a high profile. Good facilities to display-exhibit the work. Delivered payments on time, and appreciative of effort expanded. Autonomy to steer the project after approval.

    Cons

You have to push hard for the right budget, as client has limited understanding of supplier costs. The client is likely to choose safe concepts, over risky ones that might pay off better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take more risks.
