    Pros

Lots of challenges because not every day is the same. Work with people around the country. They know they have to improve and they are working hard.

    Cons

Dealing with legacy systems inherited from past ownership requires far too much manual information management. Not streamlined systems yet. Sales targets are subject to annual jumps, which can be demotivating.

    Pros

Decent pay, some good people to work with.

    Cons

Constant turnover of everybody including upper management. The same mistakes that old managers make the new one's make as well just in a different format.

    Horrible benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't tell people that are trying to help and be proactive that they are being negative and to only do what is asked of them. The people on the ground know how everything really functions, you need to listen to them.

I have been working at Esquire Solutions full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Some of my fellow employees are very nice and competent. Other then that there are no benefit to working for this company.

    Cons

Company has degrade considerably in the years I've worked for them. They don't match 401k, don't offer any real benefits, insurance is terrible, there are no raises, and no bonuses. Management is only worried about management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating employees like we matter. Give us quality health insurance, raises (no raises in nearly 10 years), and a reason to actually care about the company.

    Pros

Opportunities to move up if you are in the right group. There are nice, friendly people working here. Good place to start you career.

    Cons

Can be hard to move up for experience hire. Lots of turnover due to restructuring.

I worked at Esquire Solutions as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

They pay well and stay fairly busy. They take quality jobs. They always furnished a nice lunch and they rented nice office space.

    Cons

The office staff was always changing. About the time you get a working relationship with someone, they replace them. And about the time you figure out where everything is, they move offices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nope, I have nothing to say.
