    Pros

Lots of challenges because not every day is the same. Work with people around the country. They know they have to improve and they are working hard.

    Cons

Dealing with legacy systems inherited from past ownership requires far too much manual information management. Not streamlined systems yet. Sales targets are subject to annual jumps, which can be demotivating.

    Pros

The money was great, so was the locations. Coworkers were friendly

    Cons

Company is falling fast, losing themselves and clients, continuously making errors and promises they don't keep

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and staff. Administration has no business making changes to the system if you for one have not worjed the position yourself. Do you Download? No. Do you Q/C bind? Are you talking directly to your clients? No, we are the employees. We do all the work and administration looks at the numbers and hide when things hits the fan.

    Pros

    I was happily laid off!

    Cons

I worked there for 3 years and the company steadily went down. It has the worst customer service ever and the the most incompetent sales team and leadership that I have ever worked with. The firm was sold to HIG Investment firm and they cannot get anyone to buy Esquire, that's how bad the company is doing.

    Advice to Management

    Cut your losses.

    Pros

Decent pay, some good people to work with.

    Cons

Constant turnover of everybody including upper management. The same mistakes that old managers make the new one's make as well just in a different format. Horrible benefits.

    Advice to Management

Don't tell people that are trying to help and be proactive that they are being negative and to only do what is asked of them. The people on the ground know how everything really functions, you need to listen to them.

    Pros

Some of my fellow employees are very nice and competent. Other then that there are no benefit to working for this company.

    Cons

Company has degrade considerably in the years I've worked for them. They don't match 401k, don't offer any real benefits, insurance is terrible, there are no raises, and no bonuses. Management is only worried about management.

    Advice to Management

Start treating employees like we matter. Give us quality health insurance, raises (no raises in nearly 10 years), and a reason to actually care about the company.

    Pros

Supervisor's open door policy. Co-workers open to suggestions/offering suggestions for improvement. Interdependent and functional working atmosphere.

    Cons

There was a lot of contract work, but sometimes the down time between receiving jobs was too long.

    Advice to Management
