    Pros

    Good benefits, flexible scheduling. Great products and wide customer base. Visionary ceo, and great people. Strong in market with good long term growth.

    Cons

    Many staff are complacent, vague reporting lines, no clear career path for progression.

    Advice to Management

    Restructure, focus on less products, high quality.

    Good company, values employees, responsible company, good benefits.

    Lots to learn and it's every changing, but it can make it fun and a challenge.

    Pros

    - Lots of marketing background for sales support
    - Good sales training
    - A standard in the industry.
    - Reasonable easygoing culture, easy to get along with and get support from colleagues.
    - Continues to grow.
    - Do you job and you could probably retire there
    - GREAT benefits

    Cons

    - compensation may not be the best in industry
    - very "flat" company organizationally
    - Upward career moves limited
    - Getting management support for sales needs can be frustrating.
    - Privately held and what happens after Jack leaves will be interesting

    Advice to Management

    Permit more career changes within company.
