So No one sits idle, There is one saying in Essar, If you survive in Essar, you can survive anywhere,
Any other company will be like cakewalk.

As i said, you are loaded with responsibilities, you can be also allowed you to take your own decisions,
Nobody will interfere, like say the work you do, for that you can choose tools, your own methods.

One can get good to start of carrier with Essar IT, but try if you think you are talented, otherwise it may get hard for average performer.

Managers are non - technical.
It is in house support company.
Almost everything ends up in SAP.
