Pros
Great products - top brands, amazing freebies (both on allocation and also at the staffshop), lovely offices, like-minded peers. And we had the radio on all day. That's it.
Cons
Dreadful hours; we really had to work 12, 14-hr minimums. And the pay? Not great, started low and didnot go up. the worst thing through was that there was literally nowhere to go. Impossible to get promotion (people used to be bought over form NYC to fill any Posts), so you used to do your 2 years and then...leave
Advice to Senior Management
Improve the pay. REally. And stop using nterns on zero pay, just not on for a private company owned by billionaires.
Look at the capabilities of middle management; some of them have been there way too long, hence no new thinking. -
