    Pros• Pay on time and no delay for any reason
    • Commitment on project allocation and compensation
    • President, HR and Marketing team are nice people and gives full supports
    • Helps on traveling and accommodation when its required
    • Health insurance
    • Office environment is very nice and fun environment
    • Direct clients and own bidding. You will be exited to get challenging roles. You will be given responsibilities to drive the project.
    • Employee referral options. Your reference will be considered and you will get proper status update from management.

    Pros1) Payroll on time.

    3) Good compensation norms and benefits.
    4) Bonuses and Referrals.

    Great IT consulting/employment environment

    Database Administrator, Business Analyst (Current Employee) Sacramento, CA

    ProsPros
    1) Mainly Direct to Client contracts
    2) Marketing team and CEO are trying to bid and win direct IT projects
    3) Provides some health care costs
    4) Provides a yearly Educational Credit
    5) Co. is prompt in providing any support, documents needed for immigration.
    6) Co. willing to do online interactive TN1 renewals
    7) Major Direct Clients are in State Government mainly on west coast
    8) Co. willing to give employee/consultant a great deal of leeway in how they approach their career, Co. does not watch over and baby sit your career but assumes you are mature enough to handle your own affairs
    9) Co. has a nice office in trendy mid-town sacramento, close to great restaurants for lunch

    ConsCons
    1) No 401K for employees

    Its a good place to work

    ProsECI has Direct Clients (Government sector) and place employees on their direct projects.
    Small company with good growth, employees will have lots of cool growth opportunities.
    Company maintains good relationship with employees.
    CEO is great, very understandable person, and I found myself constantly pushed to excel further than I had in the past.
    Provides goos health insurance.
    Overall ECI is good place to work.

    Programmer Analyst (Current Employee) New York, NY

    ProsPros – 1) Provides Compensation to employees on-time.
    2) Provides Immigration cost for sponsored employees.
    3) Provides Education and Holiday Bonus.
    4) Direct Clients (State of California, State of Iowa, State of Washington, and State of Colorado).
    5) CEO treats you like a family and helps you when you are in job troubles.

    ConsCons – 1) No 401 K, Paid Holidays.
    2) No Marketing Team to market employees during bench period.
    3) CEO, HR Team delays e-mail , phone responses for contract confirmations, agreements .
    4) CEO delays responses to employees or associates for days .
    5) CEO is a busy person trying to get projects to the company but he must consider the employees as first priority then that.
    6) CEO , HR team doesn't know anything about the immigration related news, issues and always reach attorney because of this the attorney files whatever way they want and tries till we get the rfe then reacts on it .
    7) If he has knowledge for example why is he filing labor with zero experience, because lot of employees are getting rfe or rejection if they don’t follow best practices.

    Overall Good place to work.

    Senior Programmer Analyst (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

    Pros1) Direct Clients, tries to place most of employees on their direct projects.
    2) Marketing team and CEO tries so hard to get direct projects .
    3) Pays on time for both full time and consultants employees
    4) Pays for all immigration costs related to H1b sponsorship.
    5) Provides good health and medical insurance.
    6) Provides Educational Credit .
    7) CEO is every prompt in providing any support , documents needed for immigration.
    8) CEO is great and very understandable person and keeps all promises given to his associates or employees.
    9) Company maintains good relationship with employees and good reputation in their clients.
    10) Major Direct Clients are in Government, Transportation Sector.
    11) Small Company trying hard to expand his business in consulting, information technology enabled services and grow as Medium Scale Company in next year or two.

    Cons1) No Paid Holidays , No 401 K for employees.
    2) Ask sponsored employees to pay 50% of initial Green Card Sponsorship Cost and reimbursed after 1-2 long years.

    Think before joining this company

    7) CEO never works with the clients in east-coast( especially New York, New Jersey, Maryland etc).
    8) CEO, HR Team delays in Green Card Sponsorship.
    9) CEO sometimes lies and don't keep-up the promises.
