Pros – Company very rarely does layoffs. In my past years I have seen it very rarely. If you are talented then Estuate has job for you.

Cons – Salaries do start from bottom. Mostly travel jobs. Mostly Short length project assignments.

Cons – Might have some downtime between each project.

Cons – Small Company
Heavily dependent in IBM Optim which has no scope outside.
No respect for hard working employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Paying a meager 8k for freshers in bangalore is sad... Try living in this city with this pay.. u will realize .. paying 8k or less and expecting ppl to turn up on weekends and stay late nights is foolish..

Pros – Onsite oppurtunities are more. Can work in different technologies and can learn new things. good to start with.Gives onsite oppurtunity to freshers too.

Cons – pay is very less. Mainly focus is on IBM products and not on other technologies which is a major setback.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to concentrate and get different projects apart from IBM projects

2) Direct interactions with clients.
3)Everyday you will have something new to learn and work on, which actually is the driving force to keep you working on the product like IBM Optim for Oracle Apps.

Cons – 1) Not a diverse workplace
2) Very unfair way of rating performance
3) Infrastructure needs to be taken care.
4) Fresher salary is very very less.

Advice to Senior Management – 1) Give equal importance to all the employees.
2) Rating should be done after proper analysis.
3) Let the employees make the decisions, they know the job better than you. Guide them to success. Assist them to achieve their goals.
