    Pros

    Nothing.

    Realized it was a scam.

    Cons

Its a pyramid Scheme pure and simple. You should Google the CEO "George Papalexandratos". The company used to be called Distinctive Solutions Inc..

Many complaints on the Ripoff report and all over the web. Research the company before going in and wasting your time.

The CEO makes money by swindling people and just hires as many employees as possible. You are told its a salary position but guess what its not.

    Pros

The ability to grow and progress through the company are what attracted me initially. Great Co-workers, fun and energetic environment. A lot of direction for personal and professional growth.

    Cons

There is a work / life imbalance. This job only allows for people who are truly dedicated. It isn't a half in/half out kind of job. Very challenging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The office needs some work. New carpets, painted walls, etc.

    Pros

This a great opportunity for personal and professional development while hitting your goals. A company that teaches you the in's and out's of running a successful business. There is a detailed three round interview process that thoroughly explains the companies vision. Great place to build valuable skills while constantly challenging yourself to be the best version of yourself.

    Cons

It is hard work not easy, however there is a simple system to get ahead(as long as someone does the right things.) You have to be willing to work and do the right things to get ahead in this culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always focus on the teams vision instead of just yourself. As long as you stay humble you will accomplish great things.

    Pros

If you notice... in today's business world, people are being replaced with people who are half the age because they can pay them half the wage. Jobs are being replaced left and right by automated systems and robots. The only people assured of jobs are those who are great with people. There will never cease to be a demand for people persons. There will always be a demand for people who can unite others and this company will give the candidate skills for making themselves indispensible.

Endless opportunity for the overachiever who is tired of working harder than his peers and getting passed up for promotions or getting paid the same. Positive atmosphere for those who understand that the people you work with make all the difference and that negative people make others negative. Personal growth is assured because this company is trying to grow, and therefore push their employees to grow for there is a need for more managers. Here you will learn the skills necessary to be valuable and therefore irreplaceable.

    Cons

In order to grow you will be pushed through your comfort zone. To be successful will require dedication of time and energy much higher than a typical job. No coasting here slackers.

    Pros

This career offers an opportunity to learn interviewing, training, leadership, and public speaking. Yes, we do a business to consumer form of sales, but that is the smallest part of our position. The best part is working with a team of people that are as ambitious and driven as you are.

    Cons

This is not for everyone. A lot of people do not have the work ethic to succeed here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're doing great, try and spend some more time with your people.
