    Pros

Etisalat pays very well and way above Egyptian market average pay. They have a nice building, with lots of facilitates including: a dining area, Gym, and a big ugly ball on top of the building. The area is also nice with lots of Shopping malls :). Some people are nice and easy to work with.

    Cons

There is no opportunity for growth in all means. After few years, you stop learning anything useful and they have a stacked bureaucratic management layers. Your communication easily stops at your direct boss. The company lacks innovations, creativity, and decency "Although they market the contrary".

    Advice to Management

Change to flat organization, create new "useful" departments, respect ideas and support their realizations, change to flat organization, hire engineers not sales people, change to flat organization, learn how to commercialize your own ideas not only to buy things from suppliers.
