Pros
Work-life balance, opportunity to learn & develop.
Cons
Renumeration seems to be lower than what is offered by other employers in the market.
Pros
Get an opportunity to get exposed to global scenarios in the business we are into. Part of a global leader
Cons
Completely bureaucratic and only process driven. Needs to develop local strategies to achieve success in market share in every country
Advice to Senior Management
Provide flexibilities to take decisions locally and decentralise strategies. Develop local strategies to achieve success in market share in every country
Pros
Salary pays my bills - great hours and great work/life balance and a few nice people to work with.
Cons
Very little support from upper management - They do not think outside the box, there is favouritism towards the staff - Too much politics, poor training and lack of communication.
They make you feel you do not have the skills & knowledge to work there and in that they think it incentives people to get out of the bed in the morning.
The company is cheap. They don't want to pay for the quality employees bring to the table. They want to give you as little as possible and make you beg to be paid what they should be paying you.
Advice to Senior Management
Get a management training and focus on what bring the business to the company: valued employees. They also need to change the culture in the company.
You get what you pay for. If you don't pay your most productive and innovative employees what they are worth they will leave you.
