I have been working at Eurecom full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very good research center in the heart of Cote d'Azur. Has a lot of important industrial partners, which means high possibility of finding a good job opportunities for students. International ambiance, quite relaxed work conditions.

    Cons

The management takes important decisions without asking employees' consent.
Some HR and accounting rules are a bit too strict, and 'bureaucracy' is slow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We should have a Comité d'entreprise.
The management should monitor the performances of employees, through anonymous surveys or complaint forms, as some of them are really not doing their job, unpleasant and unhelpful.
