    I worked at Eurest Services

    Pros

Good office atmosphere. People worked together and were very friendly. Hours were decent and you received holiday pay. Good temporary job or entry level job right out of college.

    Cons

Pay could have been higher. Depending on the position you could have earned more working somewhere else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to improve and value employees.

Making greasy grill food for over privileged white people.

    I worked at Eurest Services

    Pros

Having health and dental benefits while working in the culinary field.

    Cons

Bad hiring. People that are chosen to work are obviously those who have accepted low pay so they put in the work that equals their pay grade. Huge lack of communication. Sanitation is lack luster. The food is 90 percent institutionalized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want a passionate workforce than actually hire them. Throwing one culinary based person into an ocean of regular "there for the job" people create high frustration.

I have been working at Eurest Services full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Management is usually fairly easy to get along with. Contracts are easy to please. Get decent equipment and good supplies.
    Changing ownership.

    Cons

Lack of communication. I have had applications get lost by area and regional manager. Background checks take almost a month to get back. Employees have had pay checks mailed to wrong address. Human resources is unfriendly and unhelpful.

I worked at Eurest Services full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    a job nothing more. period

    Cons

not eligible for benefits or raise's no matter the duration of employment.
you will be taken advantage of.
no opportunity for advancement in the company.
    no vacation time
    no open communication with administration

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

clean house - review your managers, supervisors etc. - review their accounts, employee's.
and their employee's paperwork... as a company you shouldn't have employee's that never was given the options of benefits after a year or more.
administration needs to be well fluent in computers. (not the case currently)
administration and "customer service" need to be respectful.

I have been working at Eurest Services full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

good work environment, decent pay, flexible schedule, some good benefits like paid birthdays and most major holidays off with pay.

    Cons

hard to move up/advance, not enough floor supervisors which leads to a small fraction of employees to work unaccountable for...and still earn a paycheck,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would like for Management to come down and make room for other people who are whiling to work for their earnings...to have a chance to work....sweep the laziness way!
