Pros
Very broad field of responsibilities and great training in many different aspects of the financial industry.
Very good benefits and a global organization that has been profitable for a long time. Therefore very high job security.
The possibility to work on international projects and assignments is always given. Eurex offers a wide range of educational possibilities (e.g. MBA, CFA, PMI, etc.)
Cons
Rather big and very political organization where personal growth can be pretty difficult
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to ideas of staff members and not only delegate work but also responsibilites
